If you believe your account has been compromised, please follow these steps:
1. Incident notification
Contact us by opening a ticket or sending an email to support@atani.com.
Our team of security specialists will reach out to you via email to guide you through the process of securing your account and taking appropriate measures.
2. Email and device account protection
Change the passwords for your email account and add (or change) the two-step verification method used. Additionally, perform a security scan on your computer and other devices to check for malware and keyloggers.
3. Resetting your Atani password
Log in to Atani and go to Settings > Security > Password > Change to initiate the password reset process. Choose a new and unique password for Atani.
4. Removing third-party exchange API keys linked to Atani
If you have linked third-party accounts through API keys in Atani, log in to the exchanges and remove those keys.
