If you are having trouble accessing your account, we provide several solutions:
- Verify that the entered data is correct (email and/or password).
- If you have forgotten your password, you need to click on "Recover password."
You will receive a password recovery link that will allow you to change your password and access your account.
Open an Incognito Window in Google Chrome:
- In the top right, click More and then New incognito window.
- A new window will open. In the upper corner, look for the incognito icon.
- Try accessing Atani again.
