Remember that Atani only covers your SPOT wallet, so anything you have in futures or earn (for example) will not appear in your Atani Portfolio. Additionally, check that you don't have hidden reduced balances in your Settings.
Your balance and orders are updated automatically. There may be cases where new deposits or orders are not immediately reflected, although they generally update within a few minutes. If not, try logging out and logging back in. Make sure the API key is still valid and has the necessary permissions enabled. Very small balances may not be displayed to improve the user experience. You can modify this option in the settings.
If the problem persists, please send us screenshots of the token that is not appearing in Atani to support@atani.com, and we will find a solution.
