If you are not receiving emails sent from Atani, please follow the instructions below to check your email settings:
1. Are you logged in to the registered email address of your Atani account? Sometimes you may be logged out of your email on your device and therefore not be able to see emails from Atani. Please log in and refresh.
2. Have you checked your email spam folder? If you discover that your email service provider is sending Atani emails to your spam folder, you can mark them as "safe" by whitelisting the Atani email addresses.

3. Is your email client or service provider working normally? You can check your email server settings to confirm that there are no security conflicts caused by your firewall or anti-virus software.
4. Is your email inbox full? If you have reached your limit, you will not be able to send or receive emails. You can delete some of the old emails to free up space for more emails.
5. If possible, sign up from common email domains, such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
