Device synchronization is a standard security measure to protect your accounts linked to Atani. To perform this process, follow these steps:
Note: If you initially created your account from Atani Web and want to log in for the first time on a new device using the mobile or desktop applications, you don't need to follow this process. You can access it by clicking on "I don't have access to this code" when prompted for the sync code.
- Log in to your new device, and Atani will prompt you for a sync code.
- To locate this code, access the device where you originally registered with Atani and go to Settings > Device Sync. To reveal the code, click on the eye icon, and you will be able to view the sync code in both text and QR code format.
- On your new device, either scan the QR code or manually enter the words of the sync code.
