To complete the identity verification on Atani, you only need to follow a series of simple steps in two distinct phases:
Verification of personal and financial information
- Log in to Atani with your account.
- Once inside, go to the "Accounts" tab. There you will find a section with the Atani Exchange logo. Click on the "Start verification" button (or "Deposit" if you are in demo mode) to initiate the process. Note: Alternatively, you can start the verification process from the "Settings" > "User Info" section or from different elements of the interface in any tab that contains the "Start verification" button (or "Deposit" if you are in demo mode).
- Provide your full name as it appears on the legal documentation of the issuing country of your identification document. Additionally, indicate your current country of residence and whether you are a politically exposed person (PEP) or associated with a PEP.
- Complete your employment and financial information.
Once the verification of personal and financial information is completed, if all the above data is correct and within our user acceptance parameters, the identity document verification process will begin.
If Atani displays a "Not supported" screen during the verification process, it means that we are currently unable to offer you the services of Atani Exchange.
Identity verification
Have an official identification document ready and prepare to take a video selfie.
- Take a clear photograph of your official identification document (ID card, passport, or driver's license according to the issuing country) on both sides. Ensure that the data is visible clearly, there are no reflections, and the document is properly framed.
- You will then be asked to provide an identity verification video selfie. During this process, we may require you to perform certain actions, such as saying some numbers out loud or moving your head to the side.
- Complete the process and return to the application.
Once we have received all the documentation, we will analyze it. The verification process may take a few days, but you can always check the status of your verification from "Settings" > "User Info".
