In its exchange aggregator mode, Atani only synchronizes the Spot Trading wallets from the exchanges you have linked. Therefore, if you don't see open orders in the "Invest" or "Portfolio" tabs, please check that your API key has the appropriate permissions (read and trade) and that they are correctly activated. If they are disabled or the key has expired, perform the enabling/activation process on the exchange itself.
If you can see the orders in the "Invest" or "Portfolio" tabs but not on the chart, perform the following checks:
In the upper right corner of the chart, click on the three-dot icon and make sure the "Show Open Orders" option is enabled. On the chart, check that the vertical price scale is adjusted so that the limits of your order are visible.
If you still can't see your open orders, open a ticket and attach all relevant evidence, such as screenshots comparing Atani with the exchange.
