Basic Information
Q: Why is Atani discontinuing the Multi-exchange Aggregator service?
A: There is an overlap between the aggregator and Atani Exchange as both unify different providers under the same UI. We believe that the experience provided by Atani Exchange is superior to the aggregator, thus we will focus on it from now onwards.
Q: When exactly will the Aggregator service be discontinued?
A: The service will be discontinued on March 20, 2025. After this date, you will no longer be able to access or use the Multi-exchange Aggregator features.
Q: Will I be notified again before the service ends?
A: Yes, we will send a reminder notification shortly before the service is discontinued.
Data & Security
Q: What happens to my API keys after March 20?
A: All API keys connected to third-party exchanges will be permanently deleted from our systems on March 20, 2025.
Q: Will you retain any of my trading data from connected exchanges?
A: No. All data related to your third-party exchange accounts, including trading history, custom settings, watchlists, and alerts will be completely deleted from our systems.
Q: Do I need to manually disconnect my API keys before March 20?
A: No, this is not necessary. All API connections and API keys will be automatically deleted. However, if you prefer, you can disconnect them manually before this date.
Q: Will this affect my actual accounts on Binance, Gate.io, or other exchanges?
A: No. This change only affects how you access these accounts through Atani. Your actual accounts, including balances, trading history, and settings on those platforms, remain completely unchanged.
Q: Should I revoke my API keys on the exchange platforms?
A: The aggregator is a non-custodial solution, so we never had access to your API keys. However, it is always good security practice to revoke and delete API keys that you no longer need. You can do this directly on the respective exchange platforms.
User Experience
Q: Can I export my data (trading history, watchlists, etc.) before it's deleted?
A: All your trading data still exists on the original exchange platforms. You can access your complete trading history, balances, and other information directly through each exchange's website or app.
Q: Will I still be able to access my Atani Exchange account?
A: Yes, this change only affects the Multi-exchange Aggregator service. Your Atani Exchange account will remain fully accessible and operational.
Q: What are my alternatives after the Aggregator service ends?
A: You can continue trading through Atani Exchange, which offers access to thousands of cryptocurrencies with competitive pricing. Alternatively, you can use the native interfaces of each exchange platform directly.
Q: Will I lose any features by switching to Atani Exchange?
A: While you'll no longer be able to manage multiple exchange accounts through one interface, Atani Exchange offers a comprehensive trading experience with access to deep liquidity across major exchanges, all through a single account.
Account & Transition
Q: Do I need to create a new account to use Atani Exchange?
A: If you already have an Atani Exchange account, you can continue using it without any changes. If you've only used the Aggregator service, you'll need to complete the KYC process to open an Atani Exchange account.
Q: I have funds on multiple exchanges. What's the best way to consolidate them?
A: You can either withdraw your funds directly from each exchange to your preferred destination, or you can consider moving them to Atani Exchange for a unified trading experience.
